BOAT WINDSHIELDS & SIDE WINDOWS

Cracked, crazed or cloudy? We'll make a new one that fits.

Any size, any boat. Center consoles, bowriders, express cruisers, flybridges and side windows. What matters is the shape of the part, not the type of boat.

Copied from your old windshield. Same shape, same curve, same hole pattern. Don't have the old one? In many cases we can still make it. Send us photos and we'll tell you how.

Gentle curves and tight curves. Gentle curves are cold-formed: the sheet flexes into the frame without heat. Tight curves are heat-formed in an oven, as a special order.

The right material for the job. Clear or tinted acrylic (smoke gray, bronze and more) in the thickness your boat needs, or polycarbonate when the job calls for it.

Installation. On a small boat with a framed windshield, we can often install it in one visit. Large windshields, or ones sealed into the boat, take longer. We'll plan the schedule with you.

3D SCANNING & 3D PRINTING

Parts nobody makes anymore.

3D scanning. Hard to measure? We 3D-scan the old part, or the opening where the new one has to fit.

Design in Fusion 360. We design the new part, or adjust the scanned one so it fits better.

3D printing in filament. Strong, functional parts: brackets, clips, covers, adapters and prototypes.

3D printing in resin. Fine detail and smooth surfaces for small parts, models and precision pieces.

ACRYLIC TRAYS & DISPLAYS

Clear acrylic, polished edges, cut to your size.

Serving trays, multi-level sushi trays, glass racks and display pieces, bent or bonded from clear acrylic. For restaurants, yachts, events and homes.

Acrylic or polycarbonate?

Acrylic (plexiglass)

Very clear: about 92% light transmission, per manufacturer data. UV-stable, so it resists yellowing in the Florida sun. About half the weight of glass, and light scratches can usually be polished out.

Polycarbonate (Lexan)

Much more impact-resistant, but it needs a UV-protective coating, and coated sheet is harder to bend.

We'll recommend the right one for your boat in your quote. Care tip: acrylic scratches more easily than glass. Rinse with plenty of fresh water and wipe with a soft cloth. Don't use household glass cleaners.
